Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the carpet cleaning and cleaning website (the "Service") operated by Revive Clean ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Service
Our Service provides carpet cleaning and general cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
2. Service Availability
The Service is available in select areas within the North West region. We will provide information on the availability of our services in your area upon request.
3. Pricing and Payment
The pricing for our services will be clearly communicated to you before the service is provided. Payment for services is due upon completion, and we accept various forms of payment, including cash and Bank transfers. To secure your appointment a flat deposit of £25 is required to be paid up-front.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property requiring service, including any potential hazards, special considerations (parking, lift access), or limitations that could affect the service delivery. All properties must have running water and electricity in order for us to be able to carry out the service.
6. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. In the event that access is denied or the customer is not around to give access to the property, a cancellation fee will apply.
7. Liability
While we take utmost care in our cleaning services, we cannot be held liable for any damages to property or belongings that occur during the cleaning process, unless caused by our negligence. We ask that any fragile items are removed.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
